Your shipment
Delivery is made by courier or post as standard tracked delivery. We package all products as carefully as possible. IMPORTANT! The contents of damaged packages should be checked for damage, before accepting delivery OR delivery should be denied altogether. If package is accepted despite external damage, claims cannot be accepted.
The products presented in the webshop are immediately ready for delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective product description. The delivery time is shown in working days, unless no or no deviating delivery time is indicated on the website. The delivery time is calculated from the time of the order confirmation, provided that the purchase price is paid in advance.
